about

RIFF RAFF debut album "Basement Instinct" was released in 1994 on the swedish record label "if 6 was 9". A unique style between old school rock and punk. To capture the energy of what the band used to deliver on stage as they were touring a lot in clubs and festivals in Scandinavia the album was recorded live and mixed in 1 day by Martin Sventorp at Beagle Studio, Sweden. The line-up is Kristian Persson (vocals) Fredrik Jansson (rythmic guitar) and composer of all the tracks. Jean-Marc Millière (lead & rythmic guitar) Christian Nyhlèn (bass) Stefan Davidsson (drums).
Pressed in a limited CD release of 1000 copies the album quickly sold out.
